1. Q. How do I place an order?
A.:
(1. First please go through our site and select the product(s) your would like to purchase.
(2. Select your size from the drop down menu.
(3. Click the blue "Buy" button to the right of the product.
(4. You will be shown the contents of your shopping cart, click the "Continue" button.
(5. Enter your billing & shipping information - We can only ship to billing addresses, so please do not enter a seperate shipping address, your order will only be shipped to your billing address. After you have entered your information, click the "Checkout" button.
(6. You will be shown your shopping cart contents once more and you will see your total, click the "Continue" button.

2. Q: Why are the boots on your web site cheaper than those on other sites?
A: We get the boots directly from the factory. Moreover, we don’t need to pay tax fees. So our price is reasonable.

3. Q: Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
A: We only accept return when we sent you a wrong size or style. Meanwhile all the boots should be returned in brand new condition with the original package.

4. Q: Can I contact you by phone?
A: Yes we are reachable by phone, see contact us page. If you call and reach voicemail, all lines are in use. Please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. It would be helpful to know the reason you are calling. If you are calling about the status of your order, please leave your name, order number if you have it, and phone number. If you are calling to check the availability of a shoe, please let us know which shoes you are interested in.

5.Q: Do you have a secure server? Am I safe submitting my credit card information to you over the Internet?

6. Q: How to tracking your order?
A: After receiving your order, please allow up to 6 hours for your order to be shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your order tracking number.
